Forgiven.

Julio has forgiven me.

He has now forgotten that I was not at home late-August to late-December.

I am now paying for the forgiveness.

I have a study block.

Do you know how hard it is to study when a fat black and white cat is either laying on your lap or right ON your notes while you are trying to watch a class video??????

He may soon be banned from my study area.

On top of it all, he has a problem with literacy. He cannot read, so no one else should be allowed to.

What a life.

Ok, additional study suggestions.
There are times when I DO NOT want to study......so I will set a timer for an hour, 45 minutes, 2 hours, what ever. I can not do anything else until I have studied for that length of time. I haven't needed to do that yet this semester, but I will probably find the need for it as the semester progresses.
Did I mention notecards? I need to start making some for A&P.
I have a GREAT group of classmates. We share notes, study guides, charts, ect. Sharing the work helps big time.

Ok, I will share others if I think of them.

Any readers have study suggestions that work for them?

Off to watch the pharm lecture.

I have a study tip! I'm not in CRNA school(yet), but I am a BSN student. I record myself reading whatever I am studying and I listen to it in the car, when I'm cooking, or whenever I don't feel like "studying" (it's kinda weird hearing yourself at first, but once you get over that it helps a lot.)It really reinforces what you have been studying! hope it helps.

LOL...too funny about your kitty. My cats do the same thing when we are trying to read the paper. They will lay on it. We've always said that if you put a single sheet of paper on a football field, the only place our cats would lay is on that paper!

That is hilarious Jennie. I love my cat too. He does get on my nerves when I'm trying to study though. Just stopped in to read through the last month's posts. It looks like you're doing excellent. You're an inspiration. Hang in there!
