I moved out all my school notes and am passing them on to a coworker who is going to anesthesia school. She's not going to the same school, but she can sort through my notes and is sure to find some useful things. Moving on, moving on.
I actually had my patient's family ask me to be "nicer" to their mother/wife. Now, I wasn't rude by any means. I'm sorry your mother is thirsty, but she has a ETT in place. And as far as you being able to read her lips....I think you read what you wanted her to say. Ok, moving on. I requested not to have her as a patient tonight, so all should be well.
Heading to bed. Two more nights to work this week then off until next week.
