And it's been a long time coming! We narrowed down the offers yesterday. Yes, I said offers! We had two offers, and a third party interested in the house, also. How can it go from no interest to purchase, to two offers with a potential for three offers??? I'm not complaining by any means, but it makes no sense to me! We are planning to close in early February. The sooner the better!
Tuesday I'm going under the knife and will be a gimp for some time. I will be having right carpal tunnel surgery. It's been bothering me for quite some time. A brace worn at night and during the day while not at work has not improved the pain and numbness. It should be a quick and uneventful procedure. I'm hoping to be back to light duty work a week later....let's hope I heal quickly.
It's beginning to look like a great 2007 for us!

Congrats on the sale, I know it must feel very good to have that done with, now to heal from the surgery and you will be ready for the rest of the year. Quiet day here for Dad and me but work will come soon enough tomorrow. Love Mom
